Our Rehabilitation Team

The rehabilitation team consists of Tony Tassone (registered physiotherapist and managing partner), Tim Blundon (registered physiotherapist), and Jessica Carson (registered kinesiologist). Each professional is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario respectively. In addition, we have physiotherapy assistants who, under the direct supervision of a physiotherapist, help to implement the treatment plan for patients. We all bring a vast array of knowledge, experience and specialized skills to the team that has collectively allowed us to become a long standing, reliable, well established, and respected physiotherapy clinic.

As members of the healthcare community, we try to share our expertise by offering learning opportunities through the provision of student placements at all educational levels (high school cooperative education, college diploma, and university degree programs).

A lifelong resident of Thunder Bay, Tony graduated from Port Arthur Collegiate Institute. He was immediately accepted into the University of Toronto’s physiotherapy program and graduated in 1992. Tony tries to live a healthy lifestyle and he has instilled these values in his family. He exercises regularly at a local gym and can also be seen playing baseball with his two sons or softball with his daughter, or going for a bike ride with his entire family.

Tony also has a strong commitment to his community. He has been involved with Lakehead Express Soccer Club, Soccer Northwest, Italia Juventus Soccer Club, and Italian Cultural Centre.
